Pilates is perfect for who wants to strengthen all the body with a special focus on the core and build long thin muscles.

Pilates improves posture and muscles coordination by short repetitions of precise exercises.

Foam rollers, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, weights and elastics are used to either make the exercises easier either challenge you more.

Pilates classes are on Mondays 10:45, Tuesdays 12:30, Thursdays 9:00 am and Sunday (mixed with some stretches) at 11:30 in the yoga studio or outdoor on the Pergola with sea view when the weather is nice.

Pilates classes last 1 hour.

One class pass costs 30€.

10 classes pass 270 € (3 months validity, named).
